What is the best way to get started?

Welcome to RAC!

Quickstart checklist:

  • Payment Method: input your credit card and billing information to deposit into your Account Wallet
  • Creatives: upload your valid creatives (image or video)
  • Lander: upload your target landing page
  • Campaign: create your first campaign and start earning impressions through the RAC Network!

What is the minimum amount to start advertising?

Answer
  • The minimum deposit to your Wallet is $100.
  • The minimum Daily Budget for a campaign is $30.
  • There is no fee/minimum-required-spend associated with using the RAC platform

Why is my campaign NOT spending?

Answer

Creative/Lander approval status:

  • You must have at least one approved creative linked with an approved lander.
  • Ensure that all your creatives and landing pages adhere to our platform's guidelines.
  • Review the status of your creatives/landers.

Keyword targeting:

  • Keyword targeting relies on an exact character match in either the title or the description of a video, and this will typically reduce the available inventory by a significant amount.
  • Keyword targeting is the most limiting targeting feature. Use as many single-word keywords with varying spellings, capitalization, and tenses.
    • Not all publisher sites support this feature - try disabling keyword targeting to test performance.

Your CPM:

  • RAC is an RTB (Real-Time Bidding) platform. Your campaign is bidding in real time against other campaigns for impressions. You can adjust the CPM higher to boost its competitiveness.

Why is my budget spending too quickly?

  • RAC is an RTB (Real-Time Bidding) platform. Your campaign is bidding in real time against other campaigns for impressions. You can adjust the CPM lower to limit your spend.
  • Targeting

My creative / lander was rejected. What do I do?

Answer
  • Go to Advertisers > Creatives to review all of your creatives.
    • Approved creatives will have no icon in the top right corner.
  • Go to Advertisers > Landers to review all of your landers.
    • Approved landers will have a green checkmark.

My campaign stopped spending. What do I do?

How does ‘Keyword Targeting’ work?

I’m a Rumble creator, how do I advertise my Rumble page/Rumble videos?

  • There are currently no specific options to boost your Rumble channel.
  • As a Rumble Creator, if you’re interested in promoting your channel, you can set up an Image or Video Campaign on the RAC platform, utilizing engaging clips from your content as the campaign Creatives, that drive to your Rumble Channel as the campaign Lander

Can I add multiple people/emails to the account?

Answer

Not yet.

Unfortunately, RAC does not yet support a parent-child account setup. This feature is coming soon!

  • Some advertisers create separate accounts per client (each RAC account requires a different email), while some manage multiple clients within one account.
  • If only you or your team members log in to the RAC account, consolidating clients under one account might be optimal. Please keep in mind, anyone logged in can view/edit all campaign information, and all funds pull from the same “wallet.”

What is the native ad title/brand for?

  • The Title and Brand fields are an opportunity to include call-to-action lines with your creatives
  • The Title field has a 200 character limit
  • The Brand field has a 200 character limit
  • Native Ads are only available on specific publishers on the RAC Network
